Order Cancellation Policy
Mobieta (hereinafter referred to as “we”) strictly complies with applicable UK laws and regulations as well as the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and to clearly define matters related to order cancellation, this policy is formulated for your understanding and reference. All our sales are conducted through the online store, and there are no offline sales channels.
Conditions for Order Cancellation
Within 48 hours after you successfully place an order, if the order has not yet been shipped, you may directly apply to cancel the order. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already entered the shipping stage, the order cannot be cancelled directly. Order Cancellation Process
Contact our customer service team via the customer service email: suivi@mobieta.com or customer service phone: +1 (915) 502-1680 to apply for order cancellation, and provide the complete order number, proof of payment, and other relevant information so that we can quickly verify the order details;
Our customer service team will process your cancellation request within 1–3 business days. After the processing is completed, we will inform you of the result through your provided contact details. If the request is approved, we will immediately arrange the refund for you.
Refund Method
Refunds will be returned to the original payment card account (Visa, MasterCard) used at the time of payment. Due to differences in processing efficiency among banking institutions, refunds are expected to be credited within 10–15 business days. Liability Statement
If you apply to cancel the order within the eligible cancellation period and the order has not entered the shipping process, we will promptly handle your request and ensure that the refund process proceeds smoothly, without requiring you to bear any related responsibility;
If, due to our operational errors, an order that meets the cancellation conditions is not processed in a timely manner or is processed incorrectly, we will communicate with you and offer our apologies at the earliest opportunity, and promptly correct the issue to ensure that your legitimate rights and interests are not affected;
During the refund process, if delays in the refund being credited occur due to reasons not attributable to you, such as banking system delays, we will assist you in communicating with the relevant bank to verify the situation and make every effort to facilitate the refund;
With regard to the personal information and order-related information you provide when applying for order cancellation, we will strictly protect such information in accordance with GDPR requirements and use it solely for order cancellation and refund processing. It will not be disclosed without authorization or used for any other purposes;
If the order cancellation process cannot proceed temporarily due to force majeure factors (such as system failures, natural disasters, or policy adjustments), we will promptly notify you of the relevant situation. Once the force majeure factors are eliminated, we will resume processing as soon as possible and provide you with reasonable solutions based on the actual circumstances, without requiring you to bear any related responsibility.
