Order Cost Details
The total order amount consists of the product price and shipping fees. Customs duties, UK Value Added Tax (VAT, at a rate of 20%), and other related charges are all included in the product price. You are not required to pay any additional fees.
Payment Exception Management
If you encounter abnormal situations during the payment process, such as payment failure, a successful deduction without order generation, or duplicate charges, please immediately stop further payment operations and contact our customer service team at the first opportunity through the designated contact methods. When contacting us, please provide relevant information such as the order number (if available), the last digits of the payment card, payment time, payment amount, and a description of the abnormal situation. We will verify the situation within 1–3 business days and communicate the handling solution with you to properly resolve the payment issue.
Liability Statement
If a payment exception is caused by a failure of our payment system, we will assume the corresponding coordination and handling responsibility, resolve the issue in a timely manner, and provide reasonable solutions based on the actual situation to safeguard your legitimate rights and interests;
If payment exceptions are caused by reasons not attributable to us, such as issuing bank system failures, network interruptions, or your personal operational errors, we will actively assist you in verification and communication but shall not assume direct compensation liability;
With regard to the personal information and payment-related information you provide during the payment process, we will strictly protect such information in accordance with GDPR requirements. It will be used solely for payment processing and will not be disclosed, altered, or used for any other unrelated purposes;
If payment services cannot be provided normally due to force majeure factors (such as system outages, natural disasters, or policy adjustments), we will promptly notify you of the relevant situation. Once the force majeure factors are eliminated, we will resume services as soon as possible and provide reasonable solutions based on the actual circumstances, without requiring you to bear any related responsibility.
