Mobieta (hereinafter referred to as “we”) strictly complies with applicable UK laws and regulations as well as the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). In order to clarify your rights and obligations when using related services through our online store, these Terms of Service are hereby formulated. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and us. Any action such as browsing, placing orders, or making payments through the online store shall be deemed as your full reading, understanding, and acceptance of all the contents of these Terms. All our sales are conducted through the online store, and there are no offline sales channels.

Product, Inventory, and Price Information Rights
We guarantee that all product information displayed in the online store is true and valid, including detailed descriptions of product models, specifications, materials, and functions. Inventory information is updated in real time to ensure that you are informed of product availability. Product prices include customs duties, UK Value Added Tax (VAT, at a rate of 20%), and other related charges. You are not required to pay any additional hidden fees.
Orders and Payment
The order summary will clearly list detailed information such as product name, quantity, unit price, shipping fees, and total order amount, and will also specify the corresponding payment obligations and relevant instructions. We only support Pound Sterling (GBP) as the payment currency. Upon completion of payment, the order shall be deemed established, and we will proceed with subsequent processing based on the order information. Delivery Policy
Our delivery area covers the entire United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and British Crown Dependencies such as the Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey. Delivery to countries outside the UK is not supported at this time. Shipping fee rules are as follows: for orders with a total amount between £0.01 and £84.99, the shipping fee is £5.99; for orders with a total amount of £85 or above, free shipping applies. The order cut-off time is based on Central European Time (CET) from 8:00 to 18:00. Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day, while orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day. If the order is placed on a rest day, processing will be postponed to the next business day. Order Cancellation Policy
You may apply to cancel an order within 48 hours after placing the order, provided that the order has not been shipped. If more than 48 hours have passed or the order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled directly, and you will need to wait for delivery and then apply for a return and refund. To cancel an order, you must contact us via customer service email or phone and provide the order number, proof of payment, and other relevant information. Our customer service team will process the request within 1–3 business days and inform you of the result. If the cancellation request is approved, a refund will be arranged immediately. Return and Exchange Policy
You may apply for a return or exchange within 45 days after receiving the goods. Returns and exchanges without reason are supported, as well as those based on reasonable grounds such as product quality issues or information discrepancies. The return and exchange process involves contacting customer service to submit an application and provide relevant supporting materials. After approval, you will receive the return address. Once the returned goods are inspected and confirmed to be in compliance, a refund or exchange will be arranged. Regarding fees, return shipping costs for returns without reason shall be borne by you, while return shipping costs due to product quality issues and shipping costs for exchange shipments shall be borne by us. Refund Policy
Refunds will be returned to the original Visa or MasterCard account used for payment. Depending on the processing efficiency of different banks, refunds are expected to be credited within 10–15 business days. Disputes and Applicable Law
All service-related activities are carried out in strict compliance with applicable UK laws and regulations and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). If any dispute arises between you and us in connection with these Terms of Service or related services, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable UK laws. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service and will notify you in a timely manner of any changes.

Intellectual Property
All content on our online store, including but not limited to product images, text descriptions, logos, design solutions, and software programs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and regulations, and the intellectual property rights belong to us. Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, distribute, modify, use, or apply such content for any other commercial purposes. Otherwise, you shall bear corresponding legal liability.
Liability Statement
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the normal operation of the online store services and the accuracy of product information.
