Shipping Policy

Mobieta (hereinafter referred to as “we”) strictly complies with applicable UK laws and regulations as well as the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). In order to clearly define matters related to delivery, this policy is formulated for your understanding and reference.

Delivery Area

Our delivery area covers the entire United Kingdom. Delivery to countries outside the UK is not supported at this time. Within the UK, the covered areas include all administrative regions of the four constituent countries of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, as well as the British Crown Dependencies such as the Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey.

Shipping Fees

The total order amount includes the product price and shipping fees. Customs duties, UK Value Added Tax (VAT, at a rate of 20%), and other related charges are fully included in the product price. You are not required to pay any form of hidden fees. The specific shipping fee standards are as follows:

  • For orders with a total amount between £0.01 and £84.99, the shipping fee is £5.99;
  • For orders with a total amount of £85 or above, free shipping is available.

Order Processing Time

Our order cut-off time is based on Central European Time (CET). Business hours are from 8:00 to 18:00 CET. Orders placed before 18:00 on the same day will begin processing on that day; orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day. If the order is placed on a public holiday or rest day, processing will begin on the next business day.

The preparation and processing time for shipment is 1–3 business days, which includes order information verification, inventory checks, product packaging, and logistics documentation entry.

Delivery Timeframe

After the shipment preparation is completed, the goods will be transported and delivered by the designated logistics carrier. The delivery timeframe is 10–15 business days. This period is calculated from the date the logistics carrier collects the goods. In the event of delays caused by force majeure factors such as severe weather or traffic control, we will make every effort to coordinate and follow up.

Logistics Carriers

The logistics carriers we cooperate with are well-known and reliable service providers in the industry, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier will be reasonably assigned based on the delivery area and order conditions.

Order Tracking

After you successfully place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing information such as the order number, payment details, and logistics carrier. To check the order status, you may log in to our online store and visit the Order Tracking page. By entering your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number, you can track the order processing progress and delivery status in real time.

Delivery Acceptance Notes

When receiving the goods, please carefully check the quantity, appearance, and packaging of the items on the spot to ensure they are in good condition. If you discover any issues such as missing or damaged items, please immediately raise the issue with the logistics carrier’s staff, take photos on site as evidence, and promptly contact our customer service team for assistance. If you authorize another person to receive the goods on your behalf, the recipient will be deemed to have your authorization, and their acceptance and inspection of the goods shall be regarded as your own actions and acknowledgment.

Liability Statement

If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation and it is verified that the logistics carrier is responsible, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, according to your preference, provide a solution such as reshipping the goods or refunding the corresponding product amount. If the damage or loss is caused by your personal reasons (such as failure to receive the goods in time or providing an incorrect address), the related responsibility and loss shall be borne by you.

After an order is submitted, if you need to modify shipping-related information (such as the delivery address or contact phone number) or cancel the order, please contact customer service before the cut-off time. If the order has entered the shipment preparation process or has already been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled, and any resulting costs and losses shall be borne by you.

You must ensure that the delivery address, contact person, and phone number provided at the time of placing the order are accurate and complete. If delays, failed delivery, or misdelivery occur due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, the related responsibility shall be borne by you, and we shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

If orders cannot be processed normally or goods cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, war, traffic control, or policy adjustments), we will notify you in a timely manner. Neither party shall be liable for breach of contract, and we may provide solutions such as order cancellation or refunds based on the actual situation.

We are only responsible for safely delivering the goods to the designated delivery address. After the goods are received, the responsibility for storage and safekeeping of the goods shall be borne by you.
